It's our desire to ensure that our players have the opportunity to develop in a positive and encouraging environment and so we fully support the FA’s Respect programme and expect our club officials, parents/carers, spectators and players to follow the relevant Respect Code of Conduct. These are provided at registration and are promoted on an ongoing basis.

Our Club Welfare Officer monitors that appropriate safeguarding practices are followed and that the children enjoy the football in a safe, enjoyable and positive environment.

We treat all our players equally, including during matches, irrespective of their current ability levels. Players need match time to help them develop and those who are just starting out on their football journey may be the new Steph Houghton or Harry Kane in 10 years time, so we will let them have the same experience and game time as all the other players during the key foundation phase.
